4/5/1935 The US House of Representatives began debate on The Social Security Act of 1935.

4/5/1944 The United States District Court, Eastern District of Michigan, held that money paid to a widow, after the death of her wage-earner husband pursuant to a back-pay award by the National Labor Relations Board entered after the wage earner's death, did not constitute wages as defined in the original Social Security Act because it was not remuneration for employment.

Let's face it: They need to stick together and remain true to their mission and publicly show their defiance to nonsense Executive Orders like DEI directives. If these large universities with their billion dollar endowments cannot afford to stand up for free speech, their students and staff, science, and independent governance, they don't deserve surviving.
Have they not learned from history that appeasing a fascist regime is not going to work? But maybe they're just another business trying to keep the money flowing for as long as they can regardless of the consequences ... #StrongerTogether #FightTheRight #StayTrue #MomentOfTruth
