If #Trump wins the election [I can’t find an emoji for spitting to ward off 🧿 ], he would be in a position to order that the charges be #dismissed or seek to #pardon himself.

Trump ultimately would like #SCOTUS to hear his case & overturn the appeals court decision, but before the justices can reach that issue they have to decide whether to put the lower court ruling on hold.

A #judge in #London on Thurs threw out a #lawsuit by #Trump that accused a fmr British spy of making “shocking & scandalous claims” that were false & harmed his reputation.

Judge Karen Steyn said the case Trump filed against #OrbisBusinessIntelligence should be #dismissed. “There are no compelling reasons to allow the claim to proceed to #trial.”

The ruling comes as Trump…faces #legal problems on both sides of the Atlantic.
