What would worry me in that situation is a flight being diverted. If they really want you, and you are flying anywhere in that area, suddenly your plane has technical problems and you end up landing in Brazil or London or wherever you're wanted. It has been done before.

Anyone trying to fight global censorship had better be comfortable in their home country with no immediate desire to travel.
