And unfortunately my Flask apps were very simple. Therefore I haven't had much problem with Flask.
Have you tried to issue a lots of logging messages around the possible error in the code ?

That's a dilemma, @ruthpozuelo: paid work sometimes demands that you know something that you'll learn only by doing non paid work.
Maybe in your spare time you can publish your non paid work in a free hosting web service, like render.com
