My next step to my #python learning is #numpy . If you have a resource you love, send it my way.

The focus is #datascience and #dataanalysis , so a lot of array creation, manipulation and slicing.

Thanks!

Great resource, @rye !

Congrats !

I'm also trying to learn streamlit, and it's great.

I learned a bit of #flask and created a website with interactive data apps running on my #synology, but I havent published it yet as I havent figured out a way to easily debug flask in the synology.

As soon as I figure that out will publish everything!

Your project looks interesting,
@ruthpozuelo !

Please publish it, when you finish. I'm certain that will happen soon.

@rye

@hgfernan @rye Yes, will do as soon as I fix my issue with the synology.

I have asked everywhere on how to fix it, but no luck yet. I could move it out of my synology but then half of the fun would be gone ;)

I've never heard about synology before, @ruthpozuelo

And unfortunately my Flask apps were very simple. Therefore I haven't had much problem with Flask.

Have you tried to issue a lots of logging messages around the possible error in the code ?

CC @rye

@hgfernan @rye The issue is on the stnology side not flask.

I will move the website to a public server, it is probably the best :)

Will take me some time though, my paid work is calling me!

That's a dilemma, @ruthpozuelo: paid work sometimes demands that you know something that you'll learn only by doing non paid work.
🤔

Maybe in your spare time you can publish your non paid work in a free hosting web service, like render.com

There are lots of good hints in

@rye

@hgfernan @rye Yes, will do.
I want to finish the 1 dataset , 100 matplotlib visualizations before I do anything else :)

Wow, @ruthpozuelo !

100 matplotlib visualizations is huge.

@rye

A great day and a fine week for you @ruthpozuelo @rye
